Refund policy

Queer Food is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specifications. Any damages are required to be reported within 14 days of delivery. 

If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Queer Food will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

Sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale products are considered any product that is not selling at full retail value in the form of a markdown or a limited value.
