Q: When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to ship all orders the same day if placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday–Friday. Please note that during sale periods, our dispatch time may extend to 1–3 business days.

For orders containing fresh products, such as our cookies, please allow up to 2 business days for fulfilment. This allows us to bake in small batches and ensure you’re receiving the freshest product possible.

Q: How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our team at hello@queerfood.com.au. Be sure to check your spam folder too!

Q: How much is delivery?

Australian Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping is $14 and express shipping $20.

International Shipping: A flat rate of $35.

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we do! International shipping rates above.

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?

Australian Domestic Shipping: Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Australia Post does experience unforeseen delays from time to time, please visit the Australia Post website for the most up to date transit times to each country.

Q: Do I have to pay custom charges?

We do our best to make sure there are no charges but yes, you will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Please contact your local customs department for further details on charges.

Q: What if I put in my address wrong?

Please contact our team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
