    For this drop, we’re honouring Reece Hignell, an Australian pastry chef whose work brings colour, joy, and authenticity into the food world. Rising to national attention through MasterChef Australia, Reece represents a new generation of chefs helping to make Australian food culture more open, expressive, and reflective of the people within it.

    Openly gay and proudly himself, Reece has used his platform to celebrate self-expression in hospitality. From cooking at major public events to community celebrations like Sydney WorldPride, his presence continues to expand what visibility looks like in the industry.
