    THE STORY BEHIND THE PRODUCT

    Level the Field Cereal

"Level the Field" cereal is a tribute to the LGBTQIA+ athletes who’ve transformed sport in Victoria — not only by winning games, but by showing up with authenticity, resilience, and pride. This includes former hockey goalkeeper Gus Johnston, who in 2011 came out and spoke fearlessly against entrenched homophobia in men’s sport. In 2015, Melbourne-born cricketer Elyse Villani came out and brought much-needed visibility to women’s cricket. In the AFLW, Tilly Lucas-Rodd continues to lead Hawthorn, becoming the league’s first non-binary player to undergo gender-affirming surgery. On community courts, Manawa Aranui, a trans woman and netballer, fought exclusion in 2025, standing tall and unapologetic in the face of transphobia. And in 2025, Mitch Brown made history as the AFL’s first openly bisexual man, a groundbreaking milestone that brought unprecedented visibility to queer athletes in men’s football.

This product honours their courage — and the teammates, clubs, and communities who said: “you belong here.” Because when we level the field, everyone gets to play.

That’s why we made a protein cereal — because real change starts early. It’s fuel for morning training sessions, school drop-offs, and everyday resistance. Packed with plant-based protein, fibre, and vibrant dried berries, this blend is designed for those who show up with pride, every single day.
